See Your Career

Companies exist to provide opportunities for your development, but ultimately you who has the control on your own career. Your achievements is the entrance. Here is a strategy to take control of your career.
1. Build yourself as an asset.
Sometimes you have to step out of role that you live for a vision. Perhaps it is by volunteering to lead groups of staff resources, or special projects, or identify the needs within the company and provide the solution on your team.
2. Define your success.
Success is being able to resume everything becomes a priority. Which is to become proactive and take action before someone close to you. Also find out where you want to go. Not everyone wants to be a CEO or president. Know what you want and believe that as long as you’ve picked, you’re already successful.
3. Make your voice heard at the right time.
Timing is everything. If someone is being defensive and you could see that was not the time to express your opinion, would be better if you resign first. Bring the matter if they’re more willing to accept. Explain the situation, what you feel about it, and how you can work together to move forward.
4. Find a champion.
If you work hard, then you will get a reward. But you also need sponsorship, some people who can work on your behalf who can support you. Some people actively seek out, but with achievements you get the people will recognize you. They will be glued to the quality of your work, so that the champions are formed around you.
